About this block
Cooking island with four round kettles under hood, drawn in plan, front and side elevation. It measures 14' 9" wide, 7' 3" deep and 9' 0" high (4.50 m × 2.20 m × 2.75 m), and it is drawn 1:1, full size, so it drops into any drawing set up in meters or in inches without rescaling.
It also comes as a 3D model built from these drawings.

In practice
Where it goes
Hospital, school and military kitchens and large hotel banquet kitchens, where soups, stocks and rice are cooked in bulk. The four round kettles tilt to empty; the hood outline shows the exhaust canopy over the whole island. It goes into a commercial kitchen layout at ¼ in = 1 ft (1:50) and in the mechanical plan where the hood duct runs.
Clearances to leave
An island this size needs a 48–60 in (120–150 cm) work aisle wherever cooks stand; the kettle side wants 60 in (150 cm) so a cart can take the tilted pan. With a 14 ft 9 in × 7 ft 3 in (450 × 220 cm) footprint, a 25 × 17 ft (750 × 520 cm) bay works; the hood rim sits 26–30 in (65–75 cm) above the lids.
Pairs with
Pair it with Cooking island with twelve burners and chargrill under hood for the hot line, and feed it from U-shaped prep area with sinks, mincer and mixer. Keep a Mobile rack trolley with push handle parked at the kettle end for emptied pans.
