People library · 50 blocks
People CAD blocks in top view for floor plans, lobbies and circulation drawings: 25 people seen from above, each matched with the same figure in front or side elevation, 25 elevations in all. Men and women stand, walk, gesture, shake hands and carry briefcases and folders, and plain mannequin figures stand, stride and carry a plank. Each is drawn 1:1 in plan or in elevation and comes as DWG and DXF in meters and in inches, SVG and PNG.

All 50 at one scale, packed like a sheet of blocks: every figure in top view and every one in elevation, the tallest first. Click a drawing to open its block; the width is under each one, the height and every format are on the block page.

The person drawings side by side, as on the library sheet.
All 50 drawings of the library in one ZIP, one AutoCAD 2013 DWG per block, drawn 1:1, in meters or in inches. Each block page has its own files too, with DXF, SVG, PNG.
50 blocks of 3 kinds, every figure at the height of a grown adult; the sizes below are the drawings' own, in feet and inches (switch units at the top of the page). By pose and dress: 18 with a plain mannequin body, 15 with a gesture or a handshake, 13 with a suit jacket or a shirt and tie, 7 with a briefcase, a folder or a plank, 7 with a skirt, a dress or a swimsuit. The table gives the figures in elevation, width by height; seen from above, the same people take 15" – 3' 0" across.

Floor plans and furniture layouts, where a figure in top view shows the room a person takes at a counter, in a corridor or around a table; lobbies, waiting areas, shops and circulation diagrams; and, with the matching elevation, the sections and interior elevations of the same rooms, so the same people stand in the plan and in the section.
Space numbers that work for most plans: a standing adult takes about 18 by 24 in (46 by 61 cm) of floor, a walking one about 24 by 30 in (61 by 76 cm); allow 36 in (91 cm) for one person to pass, 60 in (1.52 m) for two people to pass each other (the ADA passing space, 403.5.3), and 30 by 48 in (76 by 122 cm) of clear floor for a wheelchair (ADA 305.3).
Because a drawing set needs both: 25 figures are drawn from above for floor plans, and each has its twin in front or side elevation for sections. Use the pair and the same person appears in both drawings.
The figures in elevation stand 5' 3" to 6' 1" (1.60 m to 1.86 m) tall, the height range of grown adults. Each block page gives the exact height.
Yes: the plain mannequin figures stand, stride and carry a plank, for technical drawings where a dressed figure would distract.
