Two-seat sofa with angled flared arms
Free CAD block from the Living and dining room furniture library (167 blocks), drawn 1:1.
About this block
Two-seat sofa with angled flared arms, drawn in plan, front and side elevation, the front and side elevations projected from its 3D model with hidden lines removed. It measures 6' 4" wide, 3' 1" deep and 2' 8" high (1.94 m × 94 cm × 80 cm), and it is drawn 1:1, full size, so it drops into any drawing set up in meters or in inches without rescaling.
It also comes as a 3D model built from these drawings.

In practice
Where it goes
The angled flared arms splay outward in plan, so it needs a little extra width at the ends; otherwise it is a mid-sized two-seater for apartments, hotel rooms and reception bays. Draw it on the floor plan facing a window or in the sitting area of a hotel room beside the desk wall.
Clearances to leave
The 6 ft 4 in (194 cm) overall length is measured at the flared arm tips, so a 6 ft 7 in (200 cm) alcove leaves 1 in (3 cm) each side, too tight; aim for 7 ft 3 in (220 cm). Keep 15½ in (40 cm) to a coffee table, 36 in (90 cm) for the route and 24 in (60 cm) behind.
Pairs with
Alongside the Two-seat sofa with slim arms and projecting seat and the Shallow armchair with curved back corners, with a Round-shade tripod floor lamp in the angle of one arm; a camel leather on all three.
Common questions
What are the dimensions of this block?

Is there a 3D model of this block?
Yes. A 3D model built from this block's drawings, 6' 4" wide, 3' 1" deep and 2' 7" high, is free to download in STEP, DXF 3D, OBJ, GLB, 3MF and STL. It is a closed part, so it also prints at 1:50 or 1:100 for a scale model.
File formats, AutoCAD versions and units are explained on the formats page; every file is free for personal and commercial work under the license.
