Shallow two-seat sofa with curved back corners
Free CAD block from the Sofas library (193 blocks), drawn 1:1.
About this block
Shallow two-seat sofa with curved back corners, drawn in plan, front and side elevation, the elevations drawn to match the plan. It measures 3' 10" wide, 19" deep and 2' 7" high (1.16 m × 48 cm × 80 cm), and it is drawn 1:1, full size, so it drops into any drawing set up in meters or in inches without rescaling.
It also comes as a 3D model built from these drawings.

In practice
Where it goes
A banquette-depth two-seater for cafés, the waiting area outside a treatment room, narrow galleries and the strip beside a hotel elevator. On the floor plan it sits hard against the wall with its curved back corners outward; its shallow 19 in (48 cm) outline makes it the sofa to pick when a corridor must keep its width and the seating is secondary.
Clearances to leave
Draw it against a wall: the 19 in (48 cm) depth plus a 30 in (75 cm) knee-and-pass zone in front takes 48 in (123 cm), so a 60 in (150 cm) corridor can hold a row on one side. Allow 24 in (60 cm) per seated person, which the 46 in (116 cm) width only just covers for two, and leave 12 in (30 cm) between units.
Pairs with
Alternate it with the Shallow armchair with curved back corners along a wall, or run it opposite the Shallow three-seat sofa with curved back corners. In a café the Diagonal square dining table with four round-seat chairs fills the floor in front.

What are the dimensions of this block?
It measures 3' 10" | 1.16 m wide by 19" | 48 cm deep. The drawing is 1:1, full size, so it inserts at the right size in metric and in imperial drawings.
Is there a 3D model of this block?
Yes. A 3D model built from this block's drawings, 3' 10" wide, 19" deep and 2' 7" high, is free to download in STEP, DXF 3D, OBJ, GLB, 3MF and STL.
File formats, AutoCAD versions and units are explained on the formats page; every file is free for personal and commercial work under the license.
