Twin-burner gas cooktop with vented center panel
Free CAD block from the Ranges and cooktops library (144 blocks), drawn 1:1.
About this block
Twin-burner gas cooktop with vented center panel, drawn in plan, front and side elevation, all three projected from its 3D model so they match to the millimeter. It measures 2' 5" wide, 15½" deep and 4½" high (73 cm × 40 cm × 11 cm), and it is drawn 1:1, full size, so it drops into any drawing set up in meters or in inches without rescaling.
It also comes as a 3D model built from these drawings.

In practice
Where it goes
A plan symbol for staff kitchens, hotel kitchenettes and compact galley layouts where a two-burner cooktop is the whole cooking surface. The vented center panel between the burners is a distinctive mark at ¼ in = 1 ft (1:50) and sets it apart from the slotted and plate versions. Draw it in the floor plan over its base cabinet; the low-support cooktop elevation gives a matching front view.
Clearances to leave
Give the cooktop 24 in (60 cm) of landing counter on at least one side and keep the aisle in front at 42–48 in (107–122 cm). Being 28 in (72 cm) wide, it needs a base run of two 24 in (60 cm) cabinets beneath it, and the 15½ in (40 cm) depth suits a standard countertop.
Pairs with
Pair it in plan with the Built-in two-burner gas cooktop with front knobs when a comparison is needed, and with the Rounded double-bowl sink with swivel faucet, keeping the two in one continuous steel countertop with no joints.
