Freestanding gas range with grates and drawer
Free CAD block from the Ranges and cooktops library (144 blocks), drawn 1:1.
About this block
Freestanding gas range with grates and drawer, drawn in plan, front and side elevation, all three projected from its 3D model so they match to the millimeter. It measures 23" wide, 3' 0" high and 2' 1" deep (59 cm × 91 cm × 65 cm), and it is drawn 1:1, full size, so it drops into any drawing set up in meters or in inches without rescaling.
It also comes as a 3D model built from these drawings.

In practice
Where it goes
The common 24 in (60 cm) freestanding range, drawn with its grates on top and a drawer under the oven, for elevations of rental apartments, family kitchens and small houses. Its 36 in (92 cm) height puts the grates just above countertop height. Set it between two base cabinets on the cooking-wall elevation or in a section through the run.
Clearances to leave
Slot it into a 24 in (60 cm) gap between base cabinets, never hard against a tall cabinet. The top sits at 36 in (92 cm), slightly above countertop height, so the hood goes 24–30 in (61–76 cm) above the grates and the aisle in front stays at 42–48 in (107–122 cm).
Pairs with
Works with the Pyramid chimney range hood above and the Dishwasher with grooved front panel on the next bay, with the surrounding cabinets in a flat white laminate and a plain tiled backsplash.
